Hello, I am Sherrell Leslie, a successful business woman, wife, mother of 2, new full time entrepreneur, fitness/mental health advocate, goal digger, but most importantly a follower of Christ.
I am the creator of Constantly Cultiv8ing, where I share my thoughts and experiences on how to cultivate a successful life while staying true to yourself.
I was born and raised in Atlanta, GA. I am a former 16 year Logistics professional who served as the first Black woman in several leadership positions at one of the top global logistics corporations in the world. I have a BBA in Logistics, MBA in Management; I am a Licensed Customs Broker and Certified in DEI. I left my successful career and lucrative salary in August 2022 to pursue happiness, peace of mind, and time freedom. I decided to refocus on my online clothing boutique established in June 2019, Être Chic Boutique LLC.
In addition to running my own business, I enjoy experiencing new restaurants with my husband (we are true foodies), working out and spending time with my children. I also enjoy supporting other small business owners and inspiring others to be the best version of themselves.
I have been married to my best friend since 2008 and he has been an incredible support system through all my ventures as well as my biggest cheerleader! He keeps me motivated because he believes in me more than anyone else does sometimes, which makes him even more special to me! We also have two beautiful children: a 21 year old daughter in college and a 14 year old son who is headed to high school. They are our world!
I have been mentoring women for over 15 years now. My love for helping others started with my parents. I am an only child and my parents constantly encouraged me to reach my dreams and goals in life. They taught me that I can do anything I set my mind to do. That lesson has stuck with me throughout my life and I want to help others realize they too can accomplish anything.
My passion is inspiring women to find their purpose and take the steps to live confident, happier more fulfilled lives! I love seeing women blossom into full potential versions of themselves.
